Welcome to potter&dabble, a boutique pottery wheel rental studio, based in Dairy Flat, Auckland. From our studio, we rent out premium Nidec Shimpo pottery wheels — including the Whisper-T, RK-55 and Aspire Mini - all available to rent in simple weekly blocks, so you can enjoy pottery at home in the way that suits your space and schedule. .

Wheels can be collected from our studio or delivered and set up at your home. Everything you need to get started is included.

We also bring pottery to your place with our mobile setup - perfect if you are keen to host a pottery workshop at your home, workplace, rest home, school or and event.

I hired a pottery wheel for two weeks from Potter&Dabble. The process was simple with very good communication. Collection was easy and returning the wheel just as easy.
Having the opportunity to be able to practise at home to compliment the course I am attending one evening a week was so valuable. I gained confidence and was able to learn from my mistakes. I could fit a few hours in most days and really enjoyed being able to make a few okay pieces.
I highly recommend Potter&Dabble to anyone who has done a beginner pottery wheel throwing course. I most definitely will hire from Louise again.
