• Casual rate $100 per week. 

CHRISTMAS HOLIDAYS - Minimum rental is 4 weeks if you are keen to rent over the Christmas period as we are closed from EOD Thursday 18 December until Tuesday 13 January.  So just pickup prior to 18 December and you are all set!!

SUPER SPECIAL CHRISTMAS SEASON OFFER - rent a Whisper T or RK-55 for the season (8 weeks, and pay only $400)! Such an awesome offer, but honestly its easy for me as we may be away of the summer break, and hopefully helps my renters find the balance to throw on the wheel and unwind over the holidays. Applies to the Whisper-T & RK-55 only

The Whisper-T offers adjustable leg heights (perfect for a petite or taller potter), greater stability when working with larger pieces of clay (my preference over 2kgs), and is super quiet. The side wings are removable, and although heavier to move (45kg, two-person lift), they pack down to a compact size for transport.

All rentals include

• Whisper-T Pottery Wheel from Nidec Shimpo

• Nidec Shimpo adjustable potters' stool

• Cleaning & throwing essentials: a tempered hardboard bat, chamois and cleaning sponge, and a large bucket for transportation and to assist with cleaning

• Installation instructions for the splashpan - useful if you haven't used a Nidec Shimpo wheel before.

• 4 tie down straps to secure the wheel in your vehicle

Pickup & Delivery

• Pickup: Free from our studio in Dairy Flat, Auckland.

Identification:

We don’t require a security deposit, but please bring:

• Driver’s licence (or passport)
• Current utility bill (to confirm address)

We’ll photograph your ID at pickup or delivery.

Lifting the pottery wheels:

The Whisper-Ts are super sturdy, but do weigh 45kgs. We ask that you assist us in moving the wheel from our studio to your car for pickup, or from our vehicle into your home for delivery. We will carry one side, if you are able to carry the other side that would be great. If this isn't possible, please add a note at time of booking. NB: Your booking time may need to be tweaked if we need to provide an additional resource or you request delivery. The RK-55 weighs 24kgs and is manageable on your own, or we can assist.
