Payments and saved payment methods

Payments are processed securely through Stripe via our Booqable booking system.

Where you provide or authorise a payment method for a booking, we may be able to charge that payment method through Booqable/Stripe for amounts connected with your rental, booking or purchase. This may include rental charges, agreed extensions, deposits, late fees, delivery fees, damage, loss, missing items, cleaning fees, or other amounts payable under our rental terms.

We do not store or have access to your full credit card number. Payment information is processed by Stripe in accordance with Stripe’s own privacy and security policies.
